Introduction to the Biosecurity Act (3 CPD points - Stream A - DOA 011)

To support implementation of the Biosecurity Act 2015 on 16 June 2016, the Department of Agriculture & Water Resources developed an interactive learning tool to help clients and stakeholders gain a deeper understanding of the legislation and the changes for individuals and businesses.

Audience

The training is beneficial for all industry stakeholders that interface with the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources.

Program structure

To support implementation of the Biosecurity Act 2015 on 16 June 2016, the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources has released an interactive learning tool to help clients and stakeholders gain a deeper understanding of the legislation and the changes for individuals and businesses.

Assessment

An optional assessment is available with 10 multiple choice questions. Students must attain an 80% pass mark to qualify for customs broker CPD points (an online certificate will be available to download or print with a record maintained on ComplianceNetFTA).

Students have the option to reset the test if required.
