Program structure

Jessica Winnall (Director – Australian Trusted Trader) provided a webinar on 27 August 2018 demonstrating the extent of these benefits and detail on the pilot program being implemented in partnership with Chinese authorities.


Duration - 30 Minutes


An optional assessment is available with multiple choice questions. Students must attain an 80% pass mark to qualify for customs broker CPD points. An individual topic certificate can be downloaded on completion via "My Courses" and click on certificate icon. An attainment record of all completed CPD/CBC is available in "My Accounts". Results will also be recorded and maintained on ComplianceNetFTA.

    The Department of Home Affairs have introduced Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRAs) for Trusted Traders with foreign border administrations. MRA benefits are extended to exporters who have obtained the Australian Trusted Trader (ATT) status who experience a "lighter touch" and faster processing times at destination ports.
