Program structure

In this webinar Russell Wiese of Customs and Global Trade Law (CGTL) will discuss the Winter edition of the Goods Compliance Update recently published by the Australian Border Force (ABF)

Key compliance issues identified by the ABF include:

  • The ABF’s position on the use of the French version of the HS Code;
  • Depot and Warehouse compliance;
  • Prohibited exports;
  • The results of recent ABF compliance activity.

    Duration: 60 minutes

    Assessment

    An optional assessment is available with multiple choice questions. Students must attain an 80% pass mark to qualify for customs broker CPD points.

    An online certificate can be downloaded on completion via "My Courses" and selecting the certificate icon. An attainment statement of all completed CPD/CBC is available in "My Accounts". Results will also be recorded and maintained on ComplianceNetFTA.
